Are you new to Twitter chats?
If you’re wondering what the hell I’m talking about in a Twitter chat, let me explain.
Twitter chats are organized chats on Twitter where people get together to chat about a specific topic for about an hour. Using a hashtag (#GocoTalks in this case) allows everyone to follow the conversation without being interrupted by other people’s tweets. Hashtags allow you to see tweets from people you don’t follow.
If you really want to get serious during your Twitter chat, it’s best to use a platform like Hootsuite or Tweetdeck. My personal favorite is Tweetdeck. You can set up a search stream for hashtags to easily follow them without getting lost. Tweetdeck is free and very easy to use.
